Integrated healthy body, mind, and spirit are necessary for a satisfying and fulfilled life. But, sometimes people feel stuck and lost in personal problems and need some help and guidance to find satisfactory solutions. Or, an illness disrupts the normal life in an unexpected way. The longer the illness lasts, the more mind and spirit become affected.

A chronic illness can be so serious that it shakes the person to his/her bones. However, even a serious life-threatening illness can be used for the benefits of the affected person. With chronic medical illness we can move beyond the personal limitation and gain new insights into our own humanity.
